Future Fund has launched its 2014 grantmaking cycle and issued its Request for Proposals for this year’s grants.
This year, the Future Fund seeks to invest in proposals to ensure the availability of education and training programs for its residents so that they can compete for new economy jobs, thereby enhancing the community’s attractiveness to businesses. The Future Fund awards one-time grants to help nonprofits meet community needs and opportunities in the greater Greensboro area. In 2014 the Future Fund recommends organizations submit funding requests between $2,500 and $7,500.
